A walk up Wansfell Pike via the amazing waterfalls of Stockghyll Force. This walk takes in Wansfell Pike, Jenkins Crag and can be broken up by finishing at Lake Windermere for ice cream from the excellent shop by the car park. The route back can then take in the easy lake walk route rather than the road for a 7 mile extended route. In this case at a bout mile 4.2 you would head left down a well trodden path angling towards the lake.
